To make it through winter this year we put Jake's new pass to Thanksgiving Point and Aquarium to use.
Museum of Ancient Life
Curiosity Museum
Aquarium
We spend most of our time at the aquarium in the play area but the boys love it!
Logan has braved the big climbing gym so now he and Jake just climb up then slide down over and over again.
This year we actually had days warm enough to play in the snow (I'm not missing Wisconsin winter!)
It helps when you can actually go outside and not have to stay indoors for two months.
Logan is finally in to doing art projects (at least for a few minutes) so we did a few of those to keep busy too!
Unfortunately at the end of the month the boys got the stomach flu, and then colds with fevers, and then ear infections so we spent about three weeks house bound.
Thankfully pinterest has creative ideas to keep everyone from going too crazy!
Ryan was a trooper this month and worked some late nights to finish off our project to close in the mechanical room.
I'm so happy with how it turned out and it makes me excited for finishing the rest of the basement!
Miracuously February actually had a couple weeks of nice weather!
The boys loved playing outside again without all the winter gear.
Ryan and I managed to get all our trees pruned which is way ahead of the game for me, haha!
We also found Logan's new favorite spot, Cabela's!
He says Cabelas over and over again the whole way there.
He loves to feed the fish, look at all the animals, and play at the shooting range.
Ryan and I started doing one on one dates with the boys and Logan always requests Cabela's.
In February we also took the boys to a BYU men's volleyball game.
They did really well but mostly just enjoyed the popcorn, pizza, and volleyballs Papa bought for them!
Ryan and I also managed to squeeze in a few dates thanks to my fabulous sister/babysitter extraordinaire!
We hit up the ice castles, got massages, shipped in Lou Malnati's, and went to the temple!
