Logan you are the sweetest baby I know!
It doesn't seem to matter how tired or hungry you are you always are full of smiles for me and your dad.
You are so patient and easy going and have blended perfectly with our family.
I am so grateful for your smiles and love especially when I'm feeling pretty worn out.
You are growing like a weed!
I can't believe how long you are.
You don't look anything like a newborn anymore.
Here are the stats from the two month checkup.
Height: 24 inches (94th Percentile)
Weight: 13 lbs 12 oz. (76th Percentile)
Head Circumference: 16 inches (91st Percentile)
Sleeping
You know the way to your mother's heart because you sleep at least 8 hours every night and some nights as much as 10 or 11 hours.
In fact one night you slept straight through waking up at 6:30 am!
I'm so happy to think I might be getting some full nights of sleep in about a month.
You aren't a greater napped yet.
Usually after 45 minutes you wake up but if I move you to the bouncer you'll sleep for about another hour.
Usually your afternoon nap is the longest nap.
You'll at least take three naps during the day and sometimes a short fourth nap at dinner time.
Wake time is still about 50 minutes.
Feeding
You are eating 6 times each day about 2.5-3 hours apart.
I stopped cluster feeding this week because you just weren't hungry at the two hour point anymore.
Eating schedule is: 7 am, 10 am, 12:30/1 pm, 4 pm, and 6:30/7 pm and then one middle of the night feed between 2:30-5 am
You finally seemed to have gotten the hang of eating and are much faster.
We also tried a bottle this month and you did great so now I'm able to go to young women's without a sidekick!
Playing:
You love to play with me or your dad.
You just look at us and smile.
You've even started to try and "talk" this month.
If you are grumpy you like to lay on your belly and suck your thumb.
I think you would love to sleep on your belly but that is frowned upon so your on your back.
You hate to be outside.
You don't like the sun or the wind.
But you are such a trooper to go out everyday so your brother can get some wiggles out!
You have finally started to relax in the bath.
It is so nice to not have to bathe a crying baby.
I think you might actually like them now!
You are so great to put up with the constant attention from your brother.
He loves to lay next you, hold you, check on you, and bring you toys.
But I think you may like it because I've caught you smiling at him a few times.
I hope you two become great friends.
You are definitely a joy and I have loved having you around these past two months!
